Creative Sinnerz Returns & Refunds Policy

At Creative Sinnerz, we are committed to providing quality products and complying with UK consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Custom and Personalised Products

Many products sold by Creative Sinnerz are made to order, customised, or personalised to a customer's specifications.

Under UK law, customers do not have a right to cancel or return goods that are made to their specifications or are clearly personalised, except where the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or cancellations on custom or personalised products once production has begun, unless the item is:

  • Faulty;
  • Damaged on arrival; or
  • Not as described.

Non-Custom Products

For non-custom, non-personalised goods purchased online, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in a resaleable condition;
  • Returned with any original packaging where reasonably possible; and
  • Sent back at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or we have agreed otherwise.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number;
  • A description of the issue; and
  • Photographs showing the fault, damage, or error.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with UK consumer law, which may include:

  • Repair;
  • Replacement;
  • Refund; or
  • Partial refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Where a customer exercises their legal cancellation rights for non-custom goods, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded.

Refunds will normally be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been returned.

Order Cancellations

Custom Orders

Customised or personalised orders may be cancelled only before work, production, or fulfilment has begun.

Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted unless required by law.

Standard Orders

Non-custom orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once delivered, customers may exercise their statutory 14-day cancellation rights as outlined above.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Creative Sinnerz is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect information supplied during checkout.
